Report: Clashes break out in Nablus outside Joseph's Tomb

Palestinian news agency Ma'an reported that clashes broke out in the early hours of Thursday morning between the IDF and Palestinians in the West Bank city of Nablus outside Joseph's tomb.

Ma'an quoted locals as reporting that hundreds of settlers arrived at the tomb to perform the morning prayers. The IDF reportedly supervised the visit.

According to Ma'an, clashes erupted between the IDF and dozens of Palestinian youths who threw stones at the soldiers. According to witnesses on the scene, the IDF responded by firing tear gas canisters.

Ma'an stated the settlers left the scene after performing their prayers.
