Report: Court moves up hearing for ailing hunger-striker

The High Court of Justice decided Monday to move up to Tuesday a hearing for imprisoned Palestinian hunger-striker Khader Adnan that had been scheduled for Thursday, Channel 10 reported.
Khader began the hunger strike on December 18 to protest what he said was abusive treatment seuffered during his arrest. Adnan is currently at Safed's Galilee Medical Center due to his ill health.
Adnan was arrested for suspected involvement in a terror organization, but has not been formally charged. He is requesting that he be released.
