Report: Hariri 'perpetrators on ground' to be indicted

Four people who personally perpetrated the assassination of former Lebanese prime minister Rafik Hariri will be implicated in the first round of indictments from a UN-backed tribunal, CNN reported Thursday.
The report quoted a UN source close the the Special Tribunal for Lebanon as saying the next two lists of indictments will include the organizers and planners of the 2005 attack.
The comments came as officials from the tribunal met Lebanon's state prosecutor on Thursday. Lebanese media reported that four arrest warrants had been presented, and that they were for Hezbollah members.
