Report: Hizbullah received advanced aircraft from Iran

In an attempt to match Israel's superiority in the air demonstrated during the Second Lebanon War, Hizbullah has received from Iran three types of drone aircraft as well as an advanced Iranian fighter jet that is capable of flying long distances at high speed and hitting targets on the ground, sources close to senior Hizbullah military officials said according to a report Saturday in Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Seyassah.
According to the report, members of Iran's Revolutionary Guard provided the budget for the drones, built a system to control drones remotely in Lebanon and trained Lebanese Hizbullah members to operate the equipment.
