Report: Iran near nuclear capability due to foreign aid

Iran has received the necessary assistance from foreign scientists in order to build a nuclear weapon, the Washington Post reported on Sunday.
According to the report, intelligence provided to the UN nuclear watchdog shows that former Soviet scientists taught the Iranians to construct the kind of "high-precision detonators" that can be used to "trigger a nuclear chain reaction."
Pakistan, a US ally, and North Korea also aided in helping Iran develop its nuclear program, the Washington Post reported.
