Report: Saudi killed in Karachi attack was a diplomat

KARACHI - The victim of a gun attack on a Saudi consulate vehicle in the Pakistani city of Karachi on Monday was a Saudi diplomat, the Saudi ambassador said.
"We condemn this attack. No one who carries out this kind of attack can be a Muslim," the ambassador, Abdul Aziz al-Ghadeer, told Reuters. He did not give details on the rank of the diplomat, who was killed following a grenade attack on the Saudi consulate in Karachi last week.
