Rishon Lezion: Court says dog aided man to commit rape

The Central District Court convicted Dmitry Pashikov from Rishon Lezion of the 2010 rape, false imprisonment and assault of a female acquaintance.
According to the ruling, Pashikov used his trained attack dog to force the woman and a joint friend to remain in his apartment, ordering the dog to bite the friend, if he tried to prevent the rape.
The judges ruled unanimously to accept the version of the plaintiff and they eye witness testimony of the friend over the denials of Pashikov.
