Risk survey of Dead Sea evaporation pond to be conducted

The Eshed management and engineering resources company has won a tender to examine the temporary protection of the western battery in the industrial evaporation pond (pond number 5) in the southern basin of the Dead Sea, it was announced on Monday.

In recent days, the company has launched a risk survey of the area.

The company won a risk management tender of the Dead Sea preservation society and will assist the society's preservation activities in the field of engineering.
