Education Minister Gideon Sa'ar criticized the "Bar Association Bill" on Tuesday, saying that the Likud Party would pay a "public and ethical price" if it supported its passing.
An amended version of the bill, which would retroactively cancel the Bar Association’s selection of representatives to the Judicial Selection, was authorized for its second and third (final) plenum votes by the Knesset Constitution, Law and Justice Committee Monday morning.
