Residents in the neighborhood of Halisa in Haifa blocked roads with dumpsters and threw rocks at police officers after a brawl broke following a minor car accident in the area Sunday report, Israel Radio reported.
The residents protested the neglectful neighborhood conditions.
A large number of police were called in to restore order and two protesters were arrested for rock throwing.
No injuries were reported to have occurred.
