Special government session set to convene in Degania

The government was scheduled to convene for a special session Sunday at Kibbutz Degania to mark 100 years since the founding of the kibbutz movement, reported Israel Radio.
Ministers were set to discuss the approval of resolutions to strengthen agriculture and infrastructure in kibbutzim, as well as the promotion of tourism.
During the session, ministers were also expected to establish a committee for the development of agricultural communities to be headed by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.
