Steinitz: Doctors' behavior is a form of 'thuggery'

Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz had strong criticism for the tactics of doctors who shut down Haifa's Rambam Medical Center Wednesday in response to orders from the Health Ministry to fire a number of doctors the day before."This is a form of thuggery," the finance minister said, adding that the doctors are showing contempt for the National Labor Court's decision ordering medical residents back to work two weeks ago, he told Israel Radio."Their threats to resign include [threats] on peoples' lives," Steinitz said.
