Supreme Court rules Katsav obstructed justice

The Supreme Court on Thursday rejected an appeal by former president Moshe Katsav's defense that he did obstruct justice.
According to the court, "Katsav also committed the crime of obstructing justice."
The panel of justices also rejected Katsav's claim that the encounter between himself and Aleph was benign, reaffirming a court conviction of rape that will give the former president a seven-year sentence.
