TA city hall opens public shelters after rocket strikes

The Tel Aviv Municipality decided to open all public bomb shelters in the city on Friday afternoon, after rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip toward the greater Tel Aviv area on Thursday evening and Friday afternoon.
Tel Aviv Police called on the public to follow Homefront Command instructions, and get to a safe room or shelter within 90 seconds of the siren going off.
Police heavily beefed up patrols in Tel Aviv following the strike.
This is the first time that the central city's mayor instructed to open public shelters since the 1991 Gulf War.
