Talks between North, South Korea said 'constructive'

NUSA DUA - North and South Korean nuclear envoys held talks for about two hours on the sidelines of an Asian security conference on Friday, the first high level contact since tensions spiked on the Korean peninsula last year.
The meeting was between Wi Sung-lac, South Korea's nuclear envoy, and Ri Yong-ho, North Korea's vice foreign minister who handles nuclear diplomacy,
"The meeting with my counterpart was constructive and useful," the South Korean envoy later told reporters.
