As new details concerning the assassination of Hamas terror chief Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in Dubai continued to surface, Dubai Police Chief Lt. General Dahi Khalfan Tamim lashed out at Mossad head Meir Dagan on Friday.
Israelis, he told Al-Arabiya, "think we live in tents, with camels, like the Beduins once did." He warned that Dubai's security and intelligence forces were no less sophisticated than Israel's.
"If we wanted to break into Dagan's office, we would enlist sources," Tamimi pledged.
Also on Friday, Israel Radio reported that Dubai denied reports that Qatar had offered to cover the emirate's debt if the former agreed to close the Mabhouh case.
