Israel's relationship with Turkey is dependent on the acceptance of conditions recently presented by Ankara following the IDF's raid on the Gaza-bound Mavi Marmara
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan was quoted as saying in a Wednesday report by Jordan's Al Arab Al Youm
According to the report, the Turkish prime minister was quoted as saying, "Our relationship with Israel is closely linked to our conditions and what we asked of them. The future will be determined in the light of that."
"We will not keep silent, and we won't stand idly following as an assault on our rights and the breach of international laws," Erdogan reportedly said in an interview with the newspaper.
The "policy practiced by Israel, especially after the attack on Gaza and the continued policy of settlement and finally the brutal attack on the flotilla of freedom proved that Israel will not achieve peace and security via its policy of occupation and expansion," quoted the newspaper.
"Peace in the Middle East will not be achieved without security and freedom and life with dignity and humanity for the Palestinian people," Erdogan declared in the interview.
