'Turkey-Israel ties at risk unless Israel changes conduct'

Turkey’s ambassador to the US, Namik Tan, said Turkey does not want to break off relations with Israel, but will be forced to do so unless three conditions are satisfied: Israel must apologize to Turkey for its raid on the Gaza-bound flotilla, it must cancel the blockade on Gaza and it must agree to an international commission of inquiry about the convoy interception incident, Israel Radio reported Sunday morning.

The ambassador expressed disappointment at the US not condemning the Israeli attack on the flotilla, the report added.
