Ministers from Turkey and Syria are holding talks to build on already thriving cooperation between the neighbors.Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Prime Minister Naji al-Otari of Syria chaired a meeting of their countries' ministers aimed at boosting their trade and cooperation.Turkey and Syria lifted travel visas earlier this year and the two countries' militaries staged joint exercises.
