Tzanani case: Court extends singer's remand by nine days

The Rishon Lezion Magistrates Court extended the remand of singer Margalit Tzanani on Wednesday by nine days. Tzanani is suspected of blackmail, extortion, conspiracy, and obstruction of justice.
Tzanani's lawyers plan to appeal the nine-day extension.
She was arrested Tuesday along with a number of members of a crime ring associated with Amir Mulner and other suspects in the case.
The court also extended the remands of two men charged working for Mulner, Ofir Amar and Michael Hazan, as well as music producer Yosi Ben-David.
