UK says can't put time frame on Libya operation

LONDON - British Foreign Secretary William Hague said on Tuesday he could not say how long Britain would be involved in enforcing a no-fly zone over Libya.
"We regard ourselves as in the early stages of it," Hague said, speaking at a conference on Africa organised by the Times newspaper. "I don't think you can put a deadline or a time objective to that."
