A suspected US missile strike has killed five people in northwestern Pakistan, according to intelligence officials.
The two officials said the midnight attack hit the Mohammad Khel area of North Waziristan.
TheUS is believed to have launched a slew of missile strikes againstsuspected Taliban and al Qaida targets in the area since the start ofthe year.
The identities of the five killed in the latest strike were not immediately known.
