US revokes visas for senior Libyan officials

The US on Saturday revoked visas for senior Libyan officials and their immediate family members as a further sanction to hold Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi's regime accountable.
Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton also said future applications from those blacklisted for travel to the United States would be rejected.
Gaddafi "should go without further bloodshed and violence," Clinton said in a separate statement.
