US, SKorean presidents discuss stalled trade deal

WASHINGTON — US President Barack Obama on Tuesday spoke with South Korean President Lee Myung-bak about efforts to settle a stalled free trade agreement ahead of next week's Group of 20 economic summit in Seoul.
The White House said that Obama told Lee that he wants to "use the next week to make progress toward an agreement."
The White House said that if Seoul and Washington "can reach a satisfactory agreement on the key issues for American workers, we will have a deal."
