Vyyo signs $10m. order with Arcadian

In addition, Vyyo received the first of two $4m. payments, which give Arcadian Networks exclusive rights to certain Vyyo products in specified markets.

Vyyo, a provider of broadband access equipment, which was created in Jerusalem's Har Hotzvim technology park, has signed a long-term agreement to supply telecommunications carrier Arcadian Networks Inc. with its broadband wireless products. Under terms of the agreement, Arcadian Networks initially committed to a $10 million purchase order of Vyyo products for deployment in Minnesota and parts of Wisconsin. In addition, Vyyo received the first of two $4m. payments, which give Arcadian Networks exclusive rights to certain Vyyo products in specified markets. Arcadian Networks also announced an agreement for deployment of its network with Great River Energy, Minnesota' s fourth-largest US wholesale power cooperative.
