Partner Communications, which operates the orange cellular network, said Tuesday it has attracted 100,000 subscribers to the service, one year after launching its third generation (3G) handset.
The company said it is adding two new phones - the Nokia 6280 and the Motorola V3X - to the portfolio of five it currently offers to its 3G customers.
Partner also launched a new service in partnership with Comverse Technology Inc., which will allow customers to view video messages left on their phones.

Technology magazine PC World named Tel Aviv-based M-Systems' DiskOnKey as the ninth "greatest gadget" of the last 50 years, in its latest issue. The results of a poll amongst the magazine's editors to name the top 50 gadgets of the last half-century, PCWorld ranked the DiskOnKey in the top 10 behind the Sony Walkman TPS-L2 invented in 1979 and the Apple iPod in 2001, which took the top two places, respectively.
The DiskOnKey was introduced in November 2000 as the first device to copy files without the need of drivers for the PC.
Cable company HOT has invested NIS 10 million to market and improve its pay per view format. HOT said it would increase the profile of a number of its pay per view series on various channels in the coming month, among them its flagship series "Roma" on the Extra HOT channel.
Point of sale software solutions provider Net-Pos has signed a partnership agreement with Chinese company Tech-Trans to deliver its products in the Chinese market.
Hod Hasharon-based point Net-pos said it expects revenues of $2 million to come from the deal in 2006. The pact is its first delivery contract in an overseas market.
