A 10-year-old Hadera girl was seriously injured on Wednesday when she was hit by a misfired bullet from her brother's gun.
Her brother, a soldier in the IDF, was playing with the weapon in the house, and the stray bullet hit the girl in the hand and the chest.
The girl was taken to the Hillel Jaffe Hospital in the city.
Police were investigating the incident.
