Kreminsky - Israel Text: They don't know the first thing about it: Negotiation is an ADVERSARIAL process -- you never negotiate with a "partner". There's no place in negotiations for "confidence building measures" -- that's for forming partnerships. When negotiating, you don't defer the toughest issues for last -- you start with them. You can't negotiate with someone who doesn't respect you -- and the Palestinians have only the grossest disrespect for Israel and the Jewish People. To hell with "negotiating" with them.
