Friend of hit-and-run suspect, Tal Mor, arrested

A friend of Tal Mor, the suspect arrested in a hit-and-run accident that left cyclist Shneor Heshin dead, has been arrested under the suspicion that he helped Mor in an attempt to subvert a criminal investigation of the accident.

The investigators revealed that the friend, 20, is believed to have received a call from Mor after the accident describing what had occurred and asking for his help. Mor's friend is suspected of then assisting Mor in altering the state of Mor's vehicle, the one which had been involved in the accident.
