Preparing for Chelsea's wedding is "so emotional."

US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton says her daughter Chelsea's approaching wedding is nerve-racking for both her and her husband.In an interview in Islamabad Sunday, Clinton was not specific about former President Bill Clinton's role in the ceremony, but she said there is no doubt that both she and her husband will be "so emotional" once it's under way.The 30-year-old Chelsea plans to tie the knot with investment banker Marc Mezvinsky on July 31.In the Islamabad interview with NBC's Andrea Mitchell, the secretary of state said she was under strict orders not to reveal details of the wedding plan.However, it has been reported that the wedding will take place on an estate in Rhinebeck, in upstate New York, and that US President Barack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Steven Spielberg, Barbara Steisand, and other famous figures are on the guest list.
