Bomb attack kills 3 near Pakistan's capital

A bomb exploded in a city near Pakistan's capital on Monday, killing three people, state television reported. The blast occurred on Mall Road, a busy thoroughfare in Rawalpindi, said Zahid Mahmood, a city police officer. State-run Pakistan Television said three people had died in the explosion.
