Dalai Lama says he's willing to meet China's president

The Dalai Lama says he's willing to meet with Chinese leaders, including President Hu Jintao. Tibet's spiritual and political leader says he would not meet with Chinese leaders in Beijing unless there was "a real concrete development." But he says he would be "happy" to meet them elsewhere. He spoke a day after China's Foreign Ministry spokesman called the Dalai Lama a "political refugee engaged in activities of splitting China under the camouflage of religion."
