The European Union on Sunday described its negotiations with Iran as "very serious" and said they need to continue to commit Iran to suspend its nuclear enrichment activities.
Speaking in the margin of an EU-Asia summit, Finnish Prime Minister Matti Vanhanen, whose country now holds the EU presidency, said the Vienna negotiations with Iran's top nuclear negotiator "have been very serious. And I think that now it is a good time to continue with those discussions."
