India will set up three aid camps along its disputed border with Pakistan to assist Pakistani victims of the Oct. 8 earthquake, an Indian Foreign Ministry spokesman said Saturday. The step is a further goodwill gesture between the longtime South Asian rivals in the wake of the temblor that killed some 79,000 people. Pakistanis will be allowed to cross over the Line of Control, which divides the Indian and Pakistani portions of Kashmir, to receive aid, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Navtej Sarna.
