Koreas to discuss arrangements for summit

North and South Korean officials were heading into talks Tuesday to work out arrangements for a summit between their leaders later this month, the Unification Ministry said. South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun and North Korean leader Kim Jong Il are to meet Aug. 28-30 in Pyongyang in the second summit between the two countries since the peninsula was divided after World War II. The Koreas held their first summit in 2000.
