Myanmar's state television says the death toll in this month's cyclone has gone up to 34,273. It said Tuesday that the number of missing now stands at 27,838. The death toll went up by 2,335 after many of those listed as missing earlier were accounted for. The United Nations says the actual death toll could be between 62,000 and 100,000. Foreign aid workers have so far been barred from entering the country, and relief supplies are piling up in Yangon and outside Myanmar.
