N. Korea threatens to ban South's officials over nuke remark

North Korea's military says it will ban the South's officials unless Seoul apologizes for a top military official's remark about attacking the communist nation. The North's official Korean Central News Agency said Saturday the head of Pyongyang's delegation to military talks with the South sent the warning. KCNA said the North wants the South to retract and apologize for the new chairman of the South's Joint Chiefs of Staff's remark that the South would strike the North's nuclear site if Pyongyang attacks the South with nuclear weapons.
