North Korea has moved to take possession of previously frozen funds at the center of a dispute that has stalled progress on its nuclear disarmament, a news report said Sunday.
Macau financial authorities ordered Banco Delta Asia, a local bank which held the frozen accounts, "to make preparations" after North Korea requested cooperation with a money transfer last week, Yonhap news agency said, citing an unnamed senior official at the bank.
