Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul asserted his country's right to act against Kurdish guerrillas in northern Iraq on Monday, while news reports said a suicide bombing had killed three soldiers at a Turkish military outpost on the border.
Kurdish guerrillas in southeastern Turkey staged a daylight suicide attack on a military outpost, killing three soldiers and injuring 10 others, the private Dogan news agency said. The rebels attacked the outpost near the town of Pulumur in Tunceli province, it said.
