A Georgian official says Russian planes have raided aircraft-making plant on the outskirts of the Georgian capital, but there have been no victims.
Georgian Interior Ministry spokesman Shota Utiashvili says that the raid early Sunday targeted the plant on the eastern outskirts of Tbilisi and inflicted some damage to the runways of the plant's airfield. Utiashvili says there were no casualties.
