Rwanda earthquake kills at least 21, government official says

A magnitude-5.0 earthquake struck western Rwanda on Sunday, killing at least 21 people - including some who were in church at the time, a government official said. The quake, which rattled the capital, Kigali, some 200 kilometers away, struck Rusizi District on Sunday morning. "At least 21 are dead but they're still searching," said Frank Mugambage, an official in the president's office.
