Second explosion rocks Casablanca neighborhood

A large explosion rocked a neighborhood in Casablanca where a suspected Moroccan terrorist blew himself up earlier Tuesday. The blast in the working-class Hay Farah neighborhood came as police were still investigating the earlier explosion. Police who had cordoned off the area reacted with surprise to the afternoon blast, and an ambulance with sirens wailing arrived at the scene minutes later.
