No victims, no active shooter identified; Capitol under lockdown.

The US Capitol Police were investigating Friday a report of shots fired in the basement parking garage of the Rayburn Office Building in the US Capitol complex on Friday.
As per procedure, the entire Capitol complex has been placed under lockdown, and legislators, staff, and press on the scene have been instructed to raise inside.
According to the CNN report, the building is adjacent to a firing range, and there are not yet any victims or any "active shooter."
Senate staff informed CNN that business was continuing as usual.
