SKorea to back UN resolution on NKorea's human rights record

A South Korean official says Seoul has decided to vote in favor of a UN resolution on alleged human rights violations in North Korea.
"We will vote for the resolution" at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, a senior Foreign Ministry official told The Associated Press on Wednesday. He asked not to be named as the vote is scheduled later this week.
