Two bombs explode near Pakistan's capital, at least 15 dead

A powerful bomb ripped through a bus carrying government employees while another went off in a commercial district near Pakistan's capital Tuesday, killing at least 15 people and injuring several others, police and army spokesmen said.
The first bomb exploded on a bus traveling through Rawalpindi, a city near Islamabad, killing at least 10 people, army spokesman Maj. Gen. Waheed Arshad said. He provided no further details.
A second bomb went off in one of Rawalpindi's commercial districts, killing at least five people, said Mohammed Afzal, an area police official. He said the dead and injured had been transported to two different hospitals.
