UK Foreign Secretary Margaret Beckett condemned on Sunday night the morning attack against an IDF post on the Israel-Gaza border in which two Israeli soldiers were killed.
According to a statement released by the British Embassy in Israel, Beckett said she was "very disturbed to learn of this serious terrorist attack at Sufa.
"I send my condolences to the families of those Israeli soldiers who have died," she said, adding that "such continued violence makes the prospect of a negotiated, peaceful resolution more distant."
