The United Nations General Assembly decided to postpone an emergency discussion on the Israeli security barrier that was supposed to take place on Tuesday.
UN officials said the reason for the postponement was a request by General Assembly President Sheikha Haya Al-Khalifa of Bahrain to participate in a summit being held in Dubai. The officials, however, said that was not the only reason but did not expand.
