US has new ways to respond to NKorean missile test

The United States has means of responding to a North Korean missile test that it didn't have the last time Pyongyang carried out a launch, the US ambassador to Japan said Wednesday. Thomas Scheiffer, in a luncheon with reporters at his residence, would not specify the options the US would consider, but he said that Washington has advanced means of tracking such a launch. Scheiffer also said that intelligence was pretty conclusive that North Korea was preparing a test launch, but that he didn't know if Pyongyang had finished fueling the missile.
