Two men have been charged in Florida with illegally exporting aircraft components to Iran.
The men appeared at a brief initial hearing Monday in Miami federal court. They were identified in court documents as 48-year-old Hassan Saied Keshari and 53-year-old Traian Bujduveanu.
The complaint brought by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents was sealed and details about the case were not immediately available. Lawyers for the two men declined comment.
Both men were ordered held in custody until a detention hearing Thursday.
