Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez announced on Thursday that Venezuela will support Iran in the event of any attack against the country.
"Iran is being threatened," Chavez said to Iranian President Ahmedinajed in a visit to Cuba. "If Iran is attacked, we are with you."
